Joining is simple and free:
- Sign into your TFBC account (top right of our website).
- Head to the Rewards tab.
- Scroll down and click Join & Agree.
You’ll be ready to start earning points straight away.

Yes. If you were part of our previous loyalty program, your membership has carried over. You can view your updated details in the Rewards section of your account.

- Sign into your TFBC account (top right of the website).
- Select the Rewards tab.
Here you can view your points balance, check your tier status, and redeem rewards.

- Sign into your TFBC account.
- Go to the Rewards tab.
- Scroll down to the Redeem Rewards section.
- Click the coupon code to generate your reward.
Enter the coupon code in the Discount Code box at checkout.

- Sign into your TFBC account.
- Open the Rewards tab.
In the Earn Points section, select the Celebrate a Birthday tile and enter your date of birth.

Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire on your anniversary date (12 months from when you first joined). We’ll send you a reminder so you don’t miss out.
How are the Tiers allocated?

Tiers are unlocked based on your annual spend:
- Member – no spend required
- Tier One – spend $250+
- Tier Two – spend $500+
- Tier Three – spend $1,000+

Yes. Your email address is how we recognise you in our loyalty program. To ensure your points and tier status are tracked correctly, please use the same email address for all purchases and for your TFBC account profile.

Can corporate or event clients earn loyalty points?
Our loyalty program is designed for personal gifting and floral purchases. Due to the bespoke nature of corporate and event work, companies and brands do not qualify for loyalty points.
