The Vela vase is a study in traditional craftsmanship and mark making. The hero vessel in the Ode collection, the Vela vase stands 26 cm tall and 24 cm at her widest point. Thrown on the potter's wheel by skilled artisans and decorated by hand. Each heretical line is hand drawn and the wings are delicately pressed into place before firing.
